Pada percakapan di dalam video tersebut, terdapat ungkapan meminta dan memberikan pendapat, seperti : “What do you think about that dress?”, “What a pretty dress, I like it.” Kalimat “What do you think about that dress?” adalah contoh kalimat meminta pendapat.
Berikut ini adalah ungkapan atau expression yang dapat digunakan untuk mengungkapkan permintaan pendapat, memberi pendapat dan merespon pendapat tersebut.

Pada percakapan di atas, kalimat yang dicetak tebal merupakan kalimat meminta pendapat. Ayu meminta pendapat Dinda mengenai acara liburan, pergi ke Museum.
Sedangkan, kalimat yang digarisbawahi merupakan kalimat memberikan/ merespon pendapat. Bahwa Dinda berpendapat akan menyenangkan jika pergi ke museum bersama Ayu.
